About Fayrefield

Fayrefield Foods A/S (previous Fayrefield FoodTec Scandinavia A/S) was founded in 1998 by John D. Kerr and Peter Nielsen. The company is a subsidiary of Fayrefield Foods Ltd, and is a part of the Fayrefield group in Crewe in the UK.  Fayrefield Foods Ltd own today 40% of the company and the 60% is owned by the directors in Fayrefield Foods A/S.

The Fayrefield group was founded in 1982 by John Douglas Kerr and is today one of UK´s leading suppliers of dairy products for retail and industrial use. Fayrefield is represented in Europe and Canada, so we are able to supply to and from most of the world.

Fayrefield Foods’ activities in Denmark are located on following addresses:

  • Headoffice: Food Innovation House, Lysholt Allé 3, 2., DK-7100 Vejle
  • Production and warehouse: Rostrup Byvej 3, DK-9510 Arden

We are approximately 30 employees in Fayrefield Foods A/S.

Our primary activities are today in Europe and in the Middle East based on following business areas:

  • Sales of dairy ingredients and functional blends for the food industry in EU
  • Sales of cheese and butter for the food industry and foodservice in EU
  • Import of dairy products for EU. Mainly from Fonterra
  • Export of dairy products to the Middle East and Turkey

Fayrefield Foods A/S has an yearly turnover of approximately 1 mia DKK.
